Once you order one of my plans, I will send you a comprehensive consultation form so I can get an idea of your body-type, your lifestyle, your diet, and any allergies you may have. I need to know everything! That way I can create a tailored training and nutrition plan to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Matt’s 1-2-1 personal training is a great and effective way to achieve your goals, whether your new to training, an advanced trainer that needs the extra push or someone lacking motivation. Workouts are composed to suit the individual’s abilities and goals. Using Matt’s unique and highly effective style of correct techniques and up to date knowledge of training, each session will be an education about strength training and cardio. Your workouts will be fun, challenging and full of guidance but most importantly each session will be one step closer to achieving your goal!
Matt is available for training sessions at CORPUS Conditioning centre in Rushden, Northants and PINK LADIES Health and Fitness gym, Northampton. Matt also offers home visit training within a 20 mile radius.
You don’t need to be a member of either location to train with Matt. (All entry fees into the centre are included in the session price)

I’ve known Matt for about three years. Over the last year Matt has been working with me on my diet and training. I look up to him and he has become like a brother and mentor. I have been training now for 10 years. The biggest struggles for me was my genetics. When I was younger I only used to weigh 10 stone, and being 6’5 I was very skinny. It’s taken a lot of hard work to get to where I am now.
