MMFIT21 is a 21 day food and exercise plan. There are 21 different days of food and exercises plans. The exercise plans are able to be done anywhere, and on your own. The plan is designed to detox your system, to remove toxins, restore balance, remove inflammation, accelerate fat loss, and cure many gut related illnesses.
You will have my supervision and guidance, and part of a private group for motivation and peer guidance. The results are amazing, and 100% successful to date. Every single person feeling better, and losing fat at the end of the 21 days. By the end many people understand food better, and change the eating habits for a longer term healthy lifestyle.
