This is a 12 weeks structured plan to pack on mass. During the 12 week plan, we will continually switch things up. Each month, you’ll handle progressively heavier weight loads in more challenging rep schemes to confuse your muscles and spur new growth. You will see size and strength increases which in turn will explode those muscle fibres and make those muscles GROW! You’ll see bigger lifts and bigger gains in every part of your body and training.
